Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces of vodka
- 2 ounces of fresh pureed watermelon
- 1 ounce of simple syrup
- 2 ounces of club soda
- ice
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add vodka, pureed watermelon and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker
- Shake well
- Strain mixture over ice.
- Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon and a sprig of mint
